I have Midnight Club 2, and it is pretty sweet. The visuals on NFSU are a bit better in that they are more washed out and they show things like neon reflections etc. Also, I think you can hard tune your own cars in NFSU, where as you just win new cars in MC2. All indications (and from what I have seen in the demo) are that NFSU is a SWEET FREAKIN GAME!!!
